Know Thyself

I have been putting together some Base and Bling necklaces in anticipation of my booth at the Episcopal Diocese of San Joaquin’s Convention this weekend, and wanted to share them with you.

Base and Bling Necklaces: “Know Thyself” and “Faith”

The top one is a Faux Antiqued Silver Square Pendant (Z1962) with “Know Thyself” from the Journey Style Sheet (Z2054) and the Owl charm from the Free Thinker charm set (Z1957). The bottom necklace is a Faux Antiqued Gold Oval Pendant (Z2007) with “Faith” from the same style sheet and the Key from the Free Thinker charm set.

I was going to make a few more cards with the Pathfinding Paper Packet tonight, but ended up only using the olive card stock from the packet. My card tonight is very simple, using stamps from the Thankful Heart (B1463), Happy Autumn (D1550) and Season of Thanks (D1604) MyAcrylix stamp sets. MyExclusive Ink colors used were Chocolate (Z2111), Olive (Z2137), and Autumn Terracotta (Z2101).

Really Big Thanks

“Really Big Thanks” is the third card in the Pathfinding Workshop On The Go Cardmaking Kit. I made all three of them between late last night and this morning…this is the first time I have gotten all the papers cut and pieces stamped and put them together assembly-line style. It wasn’t as much fun as designing one at a time, but it was certainly more efficient!

Close To My Heart posted the details of our next Incentive Trip yesterday, and I’m dreaming big. The Close To My Heart Eastern Caribbean Cruise 2016 is planned for February 27 – March 5, 2016, beginning in Miami, Florida, and visiting St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands; Tortola, British Virgin Islands; and Nassau, Bahamas, on the Norwegian Cruise Lines’ newest ship, the Norwegian Escape.
